Wanda M will be retiring on May 31st after many years of joyful service in a number of financial positions at MCBC. With that in mind, we are looking to fill the following new position:
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Position: Part-time Contract Staff (no benefits)
Hours of Work: Approximately 7-14 hours a week (between Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm) as designated and required by the Board of Directors.
Term: April 2015 to June 2016 (with possibility of extension on an annual basis)

Position Summary: The Bookkeeper reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for maintaining MCBC's accounting and financial processes, this includes - processing tithes/offerings and other forms of income, payment/bills processing, expense reimbursement processing, petty cash maintenance, payroll processing, preparing financial statements/reports, preparing year end T4's and any other task requested by the Board of Directors
